Refund Policy

At TAIF, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.


Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@taifcai.com. Returns should be requested and a courier will pick it up.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@taifcai.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
