Inspect at Delivery:
We kindly ask that you inspect your item(s) while the courier is present. If you decide not to keep the item for any reason, you may return it on the spot. Only the original shipping fee will apply.

No Post-Delivery Returns:
Once the courier departs, returns or refunds are not permitted unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect. -
Manufacturing Defects:
If you discover a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. -
Processing Time:
Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 working days of receipt. -
Refund Details:
Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days of return approval, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@taifcai.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
